Sunset on Fire

I finally had the spark to pick up where I left off with this acrylic painting that I started back in the Fall. I purchased a 24×36 canvas and decided to paint another vibrant sky. It began as mostly purples and blues with hints of golden yellows and reds. Then I got sidetracked by some wedding planning and the holidays, and suddenly the painting took a back seat. Monday night I took advantage of some free time and took the painting further! But I’m not sure I like it completely. Does an artist ever like his or her work 100%?
